I would never have believed I’d find myself guilty of this. OK so just when I had become the leader of a certain team in church, I was 100% dependent on God because I didn’t see myself as being equal to the task of Spiritually and physically leading the team. For real, I was solely realiant on Him for everything and things were much easier then. Months later, I found myself being able. You know, feeling like “I’ve got this”. So I wasn’t exactly as dependent on Him as I kicked off and of course I was frustrated by everything. Let me not bore you with my story.
Learn To Let Go And Let God
I believe this applies to everything you do. In your businesses, educational pursuits, aspirations, ministry and just about everything. Daddy isn’t forceful so we easily find ourselves fall out of His lead only to go running back when faced with mountains. Let’s Learn To Faithfully Yield To God. I mean, remaining vulnerable to Him till the end.
Based on my little experience, I’ll share a few tips to know when you’re gradually taking over the steering.
1. When You Find Yourself Making Plans Without Him.
It’s OK to make plans but we’re told to commit those plans to God. It’s more like seeking His consent and blessings before carrying on with the plans. You don’t want to plant your seeds in an infertile soil ’cause that’s waste of resources. At the end of the day, it is His purpose that will prevail. So you may as well save your resources and seek His stance on the matter first. Or child of God, what do you think?
2. When You Strive So Hard To Achieve Results.
I mean strenuously making effort towards achieving a certain goal. I believe God gives grace to do whatever He’s in agreement with. You shouldn’t struggle to do. You should feel helped and see results.

3. Constantly Feeling Frustrated.
When you easily feel tired and frustrated about your service is a sign that you’re no longer receiving from Your Source, God. I’m not saying you will never have hurdles on your way even when you let Him lead you. In fact you will. However you should find strength, peace and victory amid all because you’ve set Him before you. Even when you feel like you’ve come to a dead end, trusting God replaces your fear or frustration with hope again.
So stay yielding to God
It’s only in a place of humility that you receive from God. Why?.. Because He resists the proud but gives grace (ability, wisdom, understanding, favour and much more) to the humble.
PS. If you think your friends need this too, I’d love you to share it. Thanks.
