2. Work On The Modifiable.
OK so having loved yourself, work on those features you know you can work on. I for one believe in doing and less complaining. So quit wishing you were slim and hit the gym to lose some weight and quit wishing you had more weight and hit the gym but of course with a different agenda (body building). As a lady, if you think your nail beds are to short, get acrylic nails fixed; If you think your legs are too hairy, get a clean shave so you can rock those skirts confidently; if you think your body is under toned, get in that sportswear and begin a jogging routine around your estate ASAP. These are modifiable so please leave your comfort zone and do the needful.
